I'm very complient, no drugs or alcohol, motivated. I can't take or tolerate an increase in abilify. Haldol is
a bad word with me. Out of curiosity , this drug , geodon? Sounds too sedating. Does anyone take abilify with a little somthing else to control symptoms. I love my new intlect on Abilify. Before I address my Dr. after xmas. I wanted some info. If necessay I will learn some type of mind controlexercise to counterate these mini- episodes. Any ADvice? DRs see but we live it.

Can you see your doctor sooner than after Christmas? You shouldn't have to endure symptoms without a change in treatment.

I take 10 mg of Abilify daily, but nothing else. Everyone is different, of course. I did try Geodon at one point, but it did nothing for my symptoms and I was extremely sedated. I slept 20 hours the first day and 18 the next. I'm an extreme lightweight. Most people wouldn't be as sedated as I was.

Anyhow, I would call the doctor's office and tell them you're having symptoms. I started out in outpatient treatment for schizophrenia, and one Friday I had an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. I ended up in the hospital that same Friday.
