 exercise
I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia last year and the voices never seem to leave. I run (a lot) and running is the only real thing that helps as of now. Does anyone else experience this with excercise? I am also running to raise money for NAMI and awareness that we can do things too. My Marathon is in June in California. Thank you.

 Re: exercise
I wish I could still run, I used to do mountain marathons and triathlons but now have a fractured spine that won't heal.I stopped running about six years ago.But now you mention it I have been on runs during an episode and been battered with voices whilst running. I can still ride a few miles on my mountain bike on a local country path which I intend to take up again when the weather gets better.
